Shipping
Shipping will be added during checkout based on your location within the United States. Orders will ship via USPS within 48 hours of payment. All orders will be processed during regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. Happy Spine may not ship on holidays if the holiday falls on a Monday-Friday.
Returns & Exchanges
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility. Please double check your address before placing an order to ensure the correct apartment and suite numbers.
Upon delivery of your order please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 30 days. Please contact us and provide detailed information with full descriptions if possible.
